The Golding Hop ceases to trade as a pub

The Golding Hop has recently changed hands and the licence has been surrendered. The new owners have applied for change of use to a Tea Room.

This has caused much concern, particularly among lovers of real ales and cider, especially since the Pub had a rare licence to brew cider on the premises.

The local West Kent Branch of CAMRA are considering applying to list it as a Asset of Community Value.
